All sales are final.   

Mi Belleza does not accept returns or refunds on Goods. If Goods purchased on www.mibellezabrilla.com is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package and we will do our absolute best to work together to resolve any issues. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package.

Damages and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that We may review and resolve the issue(s).

Returned items due to incorrect input of address
Should Goods be returned due to customer’s incorrect input of address during order placement, additional shipping costs will be incurred to reship your product.
